Villa Ponant offers accommodation for 6 people, with an additional bed for a child under 6 years old in a small-sized bed.

Villa Ponant rates include

– water, high-speed wifi internet connection.
– Miscellaneous equipment including :
– Washing machine and tumble dryer,
– Use of swimming pool, sauna, brazier…
– Table linen and household linen (bed sheets, one large towel, one hand towel and one fouta per person),
– Beds made up on arrival

On request: folding cot and high chair

No deposit required – we advise you to ask your home insurer for holiday insurance for the duration of your stay, which will be useful in the event of an incident or accident; this service is included in your home insurance.

Not included

– Tourist tax for 5-star furnished accommodation: €2.2 / night per adult

– Electricity at a rate of 0.20 euros per kWh (consumption of between 40 and 70 euros per week as an example)

– Cleaning package – bed linen cleaning: €220

Booking conditions

Rentals for up to 7 people

Before your arrival

You will receive a booking contract.
You must send it back to us completed and signed by email (scan), together with the booking deposit corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the stay (only if the booking has not been made on the website with online payment).

As soon as we receive your signed contract, your rental is confirmed.
The balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
